Ages

  • Monday to Friday - 8 weeks to 6 years
  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings - 8 weeks to 12 years 
  • Saturdays – 8 weeks to 10 years. Children aged 7 to 10 years 1 hour maximum booking and with limited numbers.
  • School Holidays – 8 weeks to 10 years. Children aged 7 to 10 years 1 hour maximum booking with limited numbers.

$2.50/30 minutes*
(Minimum of 1 hour booking)

Bookings Process

  • The On-line Crèche Enrolment form needs to be completed before any bookings can be taken (scroll down for the form)
  • Once you receive confirmation that the enrolment form has been processed bookings can then be taken.
  • Bookings are essential and can be taken in advance:
    • Premium Members – 7 days in advance
    • Standard Members – 5 days in advance
    • Casual users and Fitness Passport Members – 2 Days in advance
  • All bookings must be placed via our Client Portal. For further instructions on setting this up or using the client portal please visit the “My Account” page.
  • Bookings are essential and can be taken in advance:
    • Label all items brought into the  Crèche
    • Provide hat and sunscreen for any outdoor play
    • Your child must be collected on time, as per your booking 
    • Provide a change of clothes in case of accidents
    • Maximum 2 hours per child per day (this may be split between morning and evening)

Note: In-person, phone or email booking requests are no longer accepted.

Creche Enrolment Form

To register your child for Creche all families are required to complete the online Creche Enrolment Form. One form per child is required.

If Yes, please provide details and ask staff for an Action Plan
Person other than yourself and not a FIFO worker. Someone who can collect you and / or your child in an emergency. In a medical emergency an ambulance will be called at the parents cost.
Photo and Video Footage

I hereby give the City of Kwinana, and all of its current and future subsidiaries the right to use photographs / videos of my child. I accept that these photographs / videos may be used for promotional purposes on social media, website and print formats. I affirm that I am an adult and agree to these terms and consent to these conditions for the minor(s) mentioned on this enrolment.
Parent / Guardian must remain on the premises while their child is attending Creche.
