From Saturday, December 5, Kwinana Recquatic will be required to maintain a mandatory contact register for all patrons attending the Centre over the age of 16.
The reintroduction of contact registers is an additional protection measure and will assist with the WA Department of Health contact tracing, should it be required.
Kwinana Recquatic will be required to collect contact details of all patrons, staff, visitors, hirers and contractors that attend the premises.
The contact register records will be kept for 28 days, and not used for any other purpose. They will be destroyed after this time.
This is a government requirement, and refusal to provide contact information will result in being denied entry into the venue.
All patrons entering the Recquatic Centre are required to scan the QR code upon each entry, or complete a manual form before accessing the Centre services.
