Strength For Life
Strength for Life is an evidence based progressive strength training and group exercise program designed specifically for over 50s.
Work on increasing fitness, bone density and movement all in a caring fun environment with a specialised trainer there to keep you motivated, strong and safe. Twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm, the group trains hard in the gym with their personalised programs and using our amazing functional training room to move the body like never before.
These sessions are fully supervised and will help you increase your strength. Talk to our friendly reception team to guide you through the process to sign up, which includes a doctor’s referral

50 FIT
50 FIT is all encompassing of multiple areas of health, fitness and well-being. With a strong focus on the social and community benefit of exercise 50 FIT will improve both your mental, spiritual, and physical health.

Revitalise Aqua
A group fitness class designed to increase strength and aerobic fitness in the water, using pool noodles, aqua dumbbells and kick boards as resistance. Conducted in our Hydrotherapy Pool, the program caters for all fitness levels and our qualified instructors offer a variety of exercise options.

Revitalise Badminton
Revitalise Badminton is a great way to meet new friends, get active and have some fun. Whilst it is not a part of your Senior’s Off-Peak membership, for a small entry fee you can join in. This group is for over 55’s and all skill levels.

Water Walkers
Our Water Walkers are a group for our walking community to work together and accomplish a cumulative goal. The long term goal is to achieve a lap of Australia, which comprises 11 smaller goals between significant landmarks. The first goal is Perth to Exmouth, at 1249 km or 49,960 laps of the 25m pool.
We would love to have you join our community and help accomplish these goals.
Kwinana Recquatic offers a Seniors Off-Peak membership to eligible applicants for just $14.00 per fortnight and Standard Aquatic memberships for non Seniors at $35 per fortnight.
