Once you’ve had a chat with our Client Advisory and Support Team, we will arrange for you to have a tour of our facilities to get some insights on our Centre, our equipment and the programs and services that would benefit you.
We offer a variety of membership types to suit your goals and your lifestyle. After you’ve had a tour and had your questions answered, we can sign you up within a few minutes and you’ll be ready to start your journey.
At this step you will be a part of our community and ready to enjoy all the benefits that come with it.
You will receive a welcome pack when you first join that includes our timetables and programs on offer. If you have elected a membership that includes the gym, we will book you in for your assessment to take place within your first week with us. You will also receive a key ring (that we refer to as a FOB – Frequency Operated Button) which will allow you to scan in easily each time you visit the Centre.
