Interpreting and translating service
Interpreting and translating services are available to residents who may be non-English speaking. These services are free for residents and ratepayers who do not speak English and may need assistance when accessing City services.
Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) can be contacted on 13 14 50 at any time.

Users are able to use the ‘Tab’ key to navigate through sections of each webpage. This can be used for moving from navigation areas to text areas and is of particular use for those operating a screen reader.
