A semi structured class for you and your little one designed around movement and motor skill development. You and your child will take part in song and dance, free play on our equipment, that encourages running, jumping, climbing and balancing. Our Tumbling Tots and Jumping Juniors programs aim to enhance physical activity and strengthen fine and gross motor skills through various games and activities whilst helping to improve co-ordination and confidence in a fun and relaxed environment.

Active parent participation is required.

Aqua Playgroup

A playgroup for parents and children from 1 to 4 years old, incorporating singing, games, fun, exploration and relaxation in our Hydrotherapy Pool.

Multi-sports

Primary school aged students 5 to 12 years, can participate in a different sport each fortnight and trial a sport they might not otherwise attempt. By the time your child is ready to join a club or affiliated sport, they will be able to make an informed decision on which one to pursue.

Active parent participation may be required.

Sports include: Soccer, cricket, basketball, hockey and more.

Basketball Skills Clinic

Our clinic is open for all skill levels and aims for children to learn the skills and rules of basketball and participate in games, coaching, drills and activities.

The benefits of the club will be:

  • The opportunity to train in a fun, non-competitive and social program

  • It is open to all skill levels from beginner upwards

  • It is a great way to get involved in Basketball without making the commitment of having to join a team

  • The coach is enthusiastic about coaching Basketball and has years of coaching experience
