Group Fitness

Kwinana Recquatic makes it easy to fit your training in around your busy schedule. We offer a diverse range of Group Fitness classes running mornings and evenings, to suit all fitness levels.

Early morning classes 5:45am
Late evening classes 7:30pm

*Most classes run for 1 hour, however we have some 30 minute express classes to work around your busy schedule.

Class Types

Cardio based Body Combat, Step or Spin
Weight based Body Pump or Cardio Bar
High intensity Metafit, Power HR or Boxfit
Low impact Pilates or Body Balance
