Les Mills™ Body Balance


An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.

Les Mills™ Body Combat


This high energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Les Mills™ Body Pump


Using light to moderate barbell weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

HIRT (High intensity resistance training)


Not your typical group fitness class, this class has been designed to help you get results. If you enjoy F45 and cross fit style classes you'll love these classes - at less than half the cost. Build strength, power, endurance and cardio fitness through a series of functional exercises leaving you burning calories long after the session has finished.

Spin It / Bar


A combination of spin and weights, containing 30min of spin and 30min of barbell exercises.

Spin


Freestyle spin classes cater to all fitness levels. Your instructor will guide you through a 30 min class utilising the bikes resistance to create a challenging session increasing your cardio fitness.

Step


Stepping up, over and around an adjustable step to the beat of high-energy music gives you an excellent total body workout; good for burning fat and improving your fitness.

Aqua Fit


A low impact water class utilising the water for resistance along with various aqua equipment. Aqua Fit is a full body workout building strength and cardio fitness.

Revitalise Aqua


Conducted in our Hydrotherapy Pool, a low impact water class utilising the water for resistance along with various aqua equipment. Revitalise Aqua is a full body workout building strength and cardio fitness.

Yoga


Progressive series of postures and breathing exercises to increase strength and flexibility, metabolic activity and overall fitness.

Revitalise Gym


Land based class designed for seniors.

Pilates


Pilates involves low impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize the abdominals, lower back, hips, and thighs. A typical Pilates routine involves 25 to 50 repetitive strength training exercises utilising a range of Pilates equipment.

Spin It Express


An intense 30 minute ride with climbs and sprints.

Aqua Ai Chi


A blend of Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga style stretching and peaceful meditation in the quiet surroundings and warmth of the Hydrotherapy Pool. Improves sleep, strengthens the immune system, balance, strength, co-ordination, flexibility, mind and body health calmness and wellbeing. Reduces stress and tension.

Box Fit


A boxing and martial arts style class, utilising the freestanding bags and focus mits to kick, punch and knee your way to fitness.

MetaFit


A 30min metabolic HIIT workout designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible

MetaPwr


a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. MetaPWR develops strength and power not from ‘traditional’ gym strength training, but by carefully selecting equipment that will offer both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises. Combining this with plyometric and non-plyometric bodyweight exercises promotes muscle adaption and growth, heightens your metabolic rate, and helps burn body fat. The use of weighted equipment also helps with bone density.

Yoga


Vinyasa Flow Yoga - a dynamic type of Yoga that uses a progressive series of postures while performing breathing exercises. Each movement is accompanied by one breath, both inhaling and exhaling. The postures are not held in a fixed position for long and flow with rhythm to achieve synchronisation. Benefits include an increase in strength and flexibility, increased metabolic activity and overall fitness, whilst focusing on realigning your body and centering your mind.

Power Hr


Power Hr is a high intensity performance based, strength and conditioning class. Building strength, increasing endurance and cardiovascular fitness through a series of functional movements. Utilising weighted and body weight exercises equipment can include barbells, kettlebells, slam balls, skipping ropes and much more.

Boxfit Express


A 30 minute boxing and martial arts style class, utilising the freestanding bags and focus mits to kick, punch and knee your way to fitness.

Box & Bike


Box & Bike combines boxing inspired movements with indoor cycling to produce a challenging full body workout. This combination of anaerobic and aerobic exercise will ignite your metabolism and boost your cardiovascular fitness. You’ll feel energised and eager for more!

Recquatic Strength and Conditioning


Recquatic Strength and Conditioning (RSC) are a new and exciting addition to our timetable. The sessions will be self-guided, meaning that there will be a workout of the day (WOD) for you to follow. Additionally gym instructors will be around the area to facilitate the session
