Group Fitness

Kwinana Recquatic makes it easy to fit your training in around your busy schedule, as we offer a diverse range of Group Fitness classes running mornings and evenings, to suit fitness levels. Our early morning classes begin at 6am, and our last evening class commences at 7:30pm. 

Most classes run for 1 hour, however we have some 30 minute express classes to work around your busy schedule.

Choose from cardio based classes such as Body Combat, Step or Spin. If weight based classes are more your thing, choose from Body Pump, or Cardio Bar. For a high intensity all-over workout, try Metafit, HIRT or Boxfit. For low impact classes based on flexibility and toning, choose Pilates or Body Balance.
