Functional Training Zone 

Our new Functional Training Zone is the only one of its kind in the Kwinana region.

Available to Gold Members, our supervised functional training zone focuses on training movement patterns rather than isolating individual muscles.

It provides fantastic fat burning workouts, by using full body exercises that improve strength, endurance and boost metabolism, not wasting a minute of your session.

Functional training:

Functional training helps to correct bad posture and muscle imbalances, caused by the daily grind, stressful jobs and hectic lifestyles.

It can also help you to:

  • Develop a toned, lean bodies

  • Improve your flexibility, mobility and core stability

  • Improve your body strength and movement

  • Train your body to support your lifestyle and goals.

Monday to Friday 5:30 am - 8am
  11:30 am - 1:30 pm
  7 pm - 9pm
Saturday 11:30 - 1:30pm
