Are you ready for our September Gym Challenge?

'How many Bodyweight Deadlifts can you do?'

Rules: Maximum unbroken reps, 
Ladies: Body weight 
Mens: 1 ½ x Body weight

Get some friends together or participate on your own, just remember to sign up and be counted by our Gym Instructors.
