Les Mills™ Body Balance


An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.

Les Mills™ Body Combat


This high energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Les Mills™ Body Pump


Using light to moderate barbell weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

Fat Blaster


A mixture of Hi-Lo (floor aerobics) and step moves.

HBA


A 30 minute workout focusing on toning the hips, butt and abs.

HIRT (High intensity resistance training)


Not your typical group fitness class, this class has been designed to help you get results. If you enjoy F45 and cross fit style classes you'll love these classes - at less than half the cost. Build strength, power, endurance and cardio fitness through a series of functional exercises leaving you burning calories long after the session has finished.

Spin It / Bar


A combination of spin and weights, containing 30min of spin and 30min of barbell exercises.

Spin


Freestyle spin classes cater to all fitness levels. Your instructor will guide you through a 30 min class utilising the bikes resistance to create a challenging session increasing your cardio fitness.

Step


Stepping up, over and around an adjustable step to the beat of high-energy music gives you an excellent total body workout; good for burning fat and improving your fitness.

Tone It


A freestyle class that improves your cardiovascular fitness. The ultimate workout for your butt & thighs.

Aqua Fit


A low impact water class utilising the water for resistance along with various aqua equipment. Aqua Fit is a full body workout building strength and cardio fitness.

Core Blitz


A 30 minute class focusing on engaging your core muscles and building core strength and endurance.

Revitalise Aqua


Conducted in our Hydrotherapy Pool, a low impact water class utilising the water for resistance along with various aqua equipment. Revitalise Aqua is a full body workout building strength and cardio fitness.

Yoga


Progressive series of postures and breathing exercises to increase strength and flexibility, metabolic activity and overall fitness.

Revitalise Gym


Land based class designed for seniors.

Pilates


Pilates involves low impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize the abdominals, lower back, hips, and thighs. A typical Pilates routine involves 25 to 50 repetitive strength training exercises utilising a range of Pilates equipment.

Spin It Express


An intense 30 minute ride with climbs and sprints.

Express Bar


A complete 30 min strength and conditioning bar class to help shape and tone.

Aqua Ai Chi


A blend of Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga style stretching and peaceful meditation in the quiet surroundings and warmth of the Hydrotherapy Pool. Improves sleep, strengthens the immune system, balance, strength, co-ordination, flexibility, mind and body health calmness and wellbeing. Reduces stress and tension.

Enerchi


A blend of Pilates, Barre, Yoga based style of exercise and stretching to tone, strengthen and lengthen. Finish the class with a meditation to calm and energize the mind, body and soul.

Box Fit


A boxing and martial arts style class, utilising the freestanding bags and focus mits to kick, punch and knee your way to fitness.

A 30min class focussing on core strength and endurance

Roll n Stretch


Take the time after your classes or gym session to roll and stretch those tight muscles. Using foam rollers, acupressure balls along with a number of other stretching techniques these sessions are possibly the most important part of your training regime. Assisting recovery, improving mobility and aiding injury rehabilitation, the benefits are endless.

MetaFit


A 30min metabolic HIIT workout designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible

Cardio Bar


A full body workout combining conditioning and cardio into the one workout. Increases muscle tone and cardio fitness.

Step & Burn


A circuit style workout including step and resistance exercise to maximise calorie burning and toning

Gravity


Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using the suspension trainer

MetaPwr


a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. MetaPWR develops strength and power not from ‘traditional’ gym strength training, but by carefully selecting equipment that will offer both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises. Combining this with plyometric and non-plyometric bodyweight exercises promotes muscle adaption and growth, heightens your metabolic rate, and helps burn body fat. The use of weighted equipment also helps with bone density.

Cardio Blitz


Peach Perfect


If your goals are to focus on building shape through your glutes and legs this is the class for you. Shape and toning isn't easy, it takes time, dedication and most importantly the right training. This class will focus on building strength and muscle through controlled, technique based exercises. Leave your ego and excuses at the door and be prepare to challenge yourself with our glutes guru, here to coach you to a better stronger and healthier you.

Bonkers


This old school style aerobics class, has been created as a high intensity aerobic and strength workout. Classes will cater for beginner to the total fitness addict. Bonkers is structured by the combination of athletic moves that are familiar to us. Running, jumping, lunges to name just a few. This class will be filled with high and low impact options; perfect for cardio fitness, strength and endurance and an awesome energy boost.

Aqua Move


A pool based light hearted, fun and engaging workout, that combines dance inspired, cardiovascular and toning moves for a low impact body shaping workout. This class is suitable for everyone but perfect for strength and rehabilitation, pregnancy and post natal, weight loss, general fitness or just a bit of fun.

Yoga


Vinyasa Flow Yoga - a dynamic type of Yoga that uses a progressive series of postures while performing breathing exercises. Each movement is accompanied by one breath, both inhaling and exhaling. The postures are not held in a fixed position for long and flow with rhythm to achieve synchronisation. Benefits include an increase in strength and flexibility, increased metabolic activity and overall fitness, whilst focusing on realigning your body and centering your mind.

Fitball


Move Fit


This dance based fitness class has been inspired by famous global styles of dance. This easy to follow aerobic and toning class will challenge your body in different styles of dance and movement for the ultimate calorie burning, fun and engaging work out.

Junior Gym


Available for teens 12 to 15 years who want to join the gym but aren't old enough to come on their own. These fully supervised sessions allow participants to use the cardio room and functional training room guided by one of our qualified trainers.
